Villa Unlimited 2, Kalkan
This project, in which I took part in almost every stage of the project from the very beginning to the last stage of design, overlooks Kalkan Bay with all its splendour from the hills near the centre of Kalkan.
The extreme sloping terrain that complicated the structural design of this magnificent villa (there was a total elevation difference of 15 meters across the land) was a challenge worth enduring as it allowed all villas to have sea views. In its completed form, there is still an 8.5-meter level difference between the pool water level and the natural land.
My interior architect friend Ceren Palavar (I am still working with her as a freelance) at that time designed the smallest details of the villa without getting tired.
I also provided building inspection services from the construction phase of the project to the rough construction phase.
