     Architecture in Turkey has a various design regulations. Old town area, new area, and rural area. Each area has a different regulation and design principles.

     It is a three step process. Understanding your requests,  prepare the preliminary design and apply for the municipality’s approval. Once project design process been completed, all other projects (land surveying, ground researches, structural design, MEP projects) involves.

     Design the right project and get approvals takes up to 2 months, but once this step complete, other steps takes max. 2 to 3 weeks until having building permission (YAPI RUHSATI) then we will be able to start to construction.

     Considering construction season in Kalkan and near areas is only 6 months, we suggest to our clients to do all design and permission works in summer season (May 1st to October 31st) until beginning of construction season which is November 1st. We can guarantee we will find the best plot, make the best design and get the permissions in such a long time. Giving extra time to architect is always the best strategy if you are looking for your dream home really.

     In rural areas, there is no limitation for construction season.
