     Turkey is in the Earth Quake zone. Therefore, structural designs are very important and there are very strong regulations about project design process. Most of properties around Kalkan made by reinforcement concrete shells. There are also a few stell and wood structure designs.

     Our team leader Emrah Mihyaz is qualified Civil Engineer and he is done over 200 structural designs over Kalkan area. His design program is called Sta4Cad and 100% compatible with latest Turkish Building Regulations and TS500, Eurocode, ACI ve SNIP code.

Here is specifications of Sta4Cad;

  • Nonlinear analysis of structures.
  • Rubber Isolators, taking into account the Isolators and foundations in static and modal analysis.
  • Analysis, design and drawing of mezzanine, nonorthogonal, disarranged or stepped structures.
  • Define geometry in story layout. Multiple copying and editing the structure members.
