     Once your approved architectural preliminary design is complete, our electrical engineer and mechanical/plumbing engineer will start design their MEP projects. Takes up to one week or two.

     Design the right project by having right input (knowing exactly what are your needs) will also effect the having the right value for the Energy ID of your property.

You will get those after works complete;

  1. Electric Project (Plugs, Switches, Lines, Connections, Phone Lines / Plugs, regulators, fuses etc.) Including construction site electrical
  2. Mechanical Project (Plumbing, Insulation, Heating/Cooling, Sewer connection, swimming pool plumbing etc.)
  3. Value of Property Energy ID (Enerji Kimlik Belgesi)
